The Painkiller app offers a wide range of specialized training programs that target specific areas of the body prone to pain. Our initial focus is on three main areas: lower back, shoulder, and hip pain. These are common problem areas for many individuals, and our programs have been meticulously designed to address the root causes of pain in these regions. Each exercise in our app is accompanied by a video tutorial, ensuring that you can follow along with ease and perform the movements correctly. We understand that proper form is crucial in achieving the desired results, which is why we have taken the extra step to provide a visual guide for each exercise. The Painkillers exercise program is backed by a robust foundation of scientific research, with over 80 different scientific references supporting each exercise and workout regimen. Each exercise in my programs is carefully curated and supported by a two distinct references, all of which are derived from reputable scientific journals and books. Its important to note that not every reference is exclusive to a particular exercise. In cases where a reference is not assigned with 100% specificity to a specific exercise, it signifies a broader relevance to the movement. For instance, a reference related to a plank exercise may also support similar exercises with identical dynamics, such as side planks, incline planks, or various isometric core exercises. Therefore, if you come across a study that doesnt explicitly mention the exercise its assigned to, it doesnt diminish its relevance or its support for the broader movement category. My commitment is to ensure that every exercise in The Painkiller is scientifically substantiated for your optimal fitness journey.
